Cake without flour and sugar which has grown into a “world hit”

This cake without flour and sugar has turned into a real world hit in a very short time. There are a few ingredients, it is made very easy and fast, and the recipe comes from South America.
The following ingredients are needed for preparation:
– 4 eggs
– 2 oranges
– 200 g of walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts or coconut
– half a teaspoon of baking soda
– 100 gr of dark chocolate
– 200 ml neutral sour cream for cooking
First, put the oranges in a baking soda solution and leave them to soak for half an hour. Then cook for about half an hour until softened.
Dip them well into the blender, add the eggs and previously ground nuts and add some baking soda.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
Cook the neutral sour cream and add the chocolate to it and stir until it melts. With this mixture pour the ready and pre-cooled cake.
