Regular consumption of fruits and vegetables is crucial for the overall health and proper functioning of your bodies. However, you should not combine different fruits and vegetables together. This is not only unhealthy, but it can pose some serious risk to your health.
You should never combine the following fruits and vegetables:
Banana And Pudding
The combination of banana and pudding is hard to digest and will slow your mind. Moreover, it will stimulate toxin production, which may be fatal for infants.
Carrots And Oranges
Despite the fact that carrot and orange juice is popular combination, at some individuals it may cause heartburn or excess bile reflux. In some cases, it has been reported to cause kidney damage and other severe issues that might be fatal.
Milk And Pineapple
Pineapple contains bromelain, a compound which can cause severe headaches, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea and infections if mixed with milk.
Lemon and papaya
Consuming these tropical fruits together can cause anemia and hemoglobin imbalance, and is highly dangerous for children.
Banana and guava
Mixing and consuming guava and banana can cause acidosis and gasses, resulting in a feeling of nausea and headaches.
Milk And Orange
If you’re among those who take their cereals with orange juice, you need to stop right away. Orange juice undermines your stomach’s ability to present the starches contained in the cereal. When orange juice is mixed with milk, the mixture becomes difficult to digest, especially for children.
Vegetables and fruits
Experts say that you should never consume fruits and vegetables together. Fruits are high in sugar and are hard to digest, and thus they are staying in your stomach for a longer period of time. Once they start fermenting they release toxins and causes headaches, diarrhea, infections and stomach aches.
You can only mix fruits with other fruits. Below we have few suggestions by groups:
Sweet– freely combine sweet fruits such as apples, bananas, cantaloupe, plums and watermelon because they do not contain acid.
Acidic – this is a safe combination of fruits rich in citric acid such as orange, lemon, grapes, blueberries, grapefruit and kiwis.
Semi-Acidic – freely combine fruits that are low in acid such as mango, raspberry, strawberry and apples.
Neutral – such fruits contain more oils, vitamins, proteins and salts, including almonds, avocado, walnuts, coconut and peanuts.
